Autumn Ryan is a Remedial Therapist, specialising in Pre & Post-Natal Massage and has over 10 years’ experience as a Remedial and Relaxation Massage Therapist. Autumn is also a qualified Infant Massage Instructor.

A Doula's role is to nurture and support women and their partners through labour and birth. A Doula offers help and advice on comfort measures such as breathing, relaxation, movement and positioning.

Autumn will also assist the women and their partners to become informed about the course of their labour and their options.
