Infant Massage Course
Our infant massage course will teach you specific massage techniques that are designed to assist with your baby’s sleeping paterns, digestive difficulties, promote health & most importantly assist with the bonding between you & your baby.
Course options:
4 group sessions: Parent classes run over 4 weeks, one session per week with each class running for about 1 hour. Class sizes limited to 6 babies. Baby massage techniques are taught in stages so that you can practice at home & come back each week with any questions.
Private sessions: The Infant Massage Course is also available as private sessions, carried over 2 weeks, teaching you 2 sessions per lesson.
Homoeopathy First Aid Course
This 2 hour workshop will give you the basic skills to notice individual qualities and changes in symptoms, to successfully use Homoeopathic remedies, and will help you gain maximum benefit from you homoeopathic first aid kit.
This workshop is aimed at those of you who would like further information on the theory & practice of using homoepathic remedies in the home.
Reiki Course
Learn the Usui method of natural healing. Reiki is the universal life force, the energy of life that is all around us and is continuously flowing trough us. Reiki accelerates the body’s ability towards healing many ailments. With Reiki you will develop the ability to correct imbalances of the mind, body and spirit which lead to disease. Reiki opens the reciever to the pleasure of taking responsibility for their own life, and to receive the joy of relaxed and balanced wellness. (still need to explain reiki course)
Reiki courses are held over a weekend 10am-4pm each day & bookings are essential as class sizes are limited.
