Janine is a Registered Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy® with 12 years' experience studying and practising Ortho-Bionomy. She has studied with international instructors and is a member of the Society of Ortho-Bionomy Australia and the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International®.
Janine helps her clients take control over their own health and healing process, empowering them to make positive changes for long-term wellbeing. She enjoys participating in the healing process with her clients and brings her attitude of calm, focused attention to each person, tailoring the sessions to meet individual needs.
Janine is the mother of 2 young children and is experienced in working with babies and children. Ortho-Bionomy is gentle enough for any member of the family. Ortho-Bionomy is safe and beneficial for babies who suffer following birth trauma, and those with settling, sleeping and feeding problems. It can also help children with behavioural issues and emotional or physical difficulties (e.g not crawling, developmental delay, poor coordination, ‘hyperactivity’). It can safely be used to help pregnant and post-natal women find comfort in their changing bodies, relieving pain and tension and accelerating recovery after birth.
