Kinesiology works with the innate healing intelligence of the body, using muscle monitoring to identify causes of imbalances in structural, neurological and physiological function.
It is a powerful system of stress management,  using the muscle response to communicate to the practitioner what is out of balance,  where the energy has been blocked,  the nature of the stress and emotional component,  and then the treatment needed for correction.

Kinesiology can be used for: Acute and chronic pain, Allergies,  Candida, Addictions,  Phobias, Depression, Stress, Learning difficulties, Fears, Anxiety, Digestive disorders, Decision making, Goal setting, Self esteem, Personal growth, Maximising potential…and much more
