Infant Massage

Group Classes: 4 1hour Session course; Parent classes run over 4 weeks, 1 session per week with each class running for about 1 hour. Class sizes are limited to four infants. Massage techniques are taught in stages so that you can practice at home & come back each week with any questions. Ideal infant age is under 6mths, however babies over this age will be considered.

Private Classes: 2 2hour session course; Private classes are also offered for in-home sessions; ideal if your infant is unsettled, has colic, reflux, sleeping problems, or if you have had a caesarian and you would be more comfortable at home.
