Anita has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for the past 8 years. Anita trained at Melbourne’s longest running yoga institution, Gita International and teaches the unique, transformative and empowering Gita style hatha yoga. She enjoys the opportunity to teach in many varied environments, including workplaces, schools & kindergartens – indoor and outdoor; introducing people of all ages & all walks of life to the many benefits of yoga – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
