Jo has been working as a remedial massage therapist for over 5 years.
Jo is passionate about getting to the underlying cause of ailments and works holistically to treat beyond the pain you present with. Whether your ailments are related to injury, general stress, your work environment or you are simply in need of some time out and relaxation Jo will work with you as an individual to create a treatment plan to suit your desired outcomes.
In addition to massage (remedial or relaxation), she can provide treatment with hot stones, cupping, percussive therapy (Theragun), as well as movement therapy.
