Becoming a Parent
THRIVE is a 9-week therapeutic group circle for new mothers with babies aged 0-5 months. THRIVE provides a safe, non-judgmental and nurturing space that is all about you and offers you an opportunity to explore these new experiences while learning to build confidence, develop coping skills and strengthen your relationships. Weekly themes include changing identity, creative and intuitive parenting, parenting in today’s world, sexuality and intimacy, navigating relationship changes, contentment and letting go, family values, rituals and creating community.
Cost is $380 for the 9 week course
